Private & Public Yoga Classes

It's been inspiring to receive so many inquiries about Kundalini Yoga Classes here in Marin.

Although I am not teaching publicly, I am available for private yoga & meditation lessons and enjoy facilitating Yoga Parties which is like a yoga class with 3 or more people. Please see my website under services: Yoga Parties for more details.

I have been enjoying teaching private classes at Marin Montessori School in my son's class. It is such a blessing to be able to do yoga with 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders weekly. We've been doing lots of "mindfulness" activities giving them tools for stress management. Such joy to hear angelic voices chanting and doing pranayam!
